I love DrChrono systems as and I am impressed with the features and simple use. If I had been in-network I would have ease it, but as an out-of-network medical provider, I do not need the medical billing portion which made the economics less favorable. Aside from that, it is an excellent product.
We’ve have been using the DrChrono billing system for 2 years and are pleased. There are a numbers of quirks that we don’t like. It’s not set up perfectly well to pass tasks to and from office assistants that are not in the office every day.
It’s more expensive than other software, but worth it, in my opinion. Dr Chrono billing software is really good and easy to administer, I don’t have to pay an outside billing company, and it pays for itself.
